The web check-in is open 24 hours prior to departure and is until 1h prior to departure available.
You only need your booking reference‚ which you can find on your booking confirmation. Afterwards‚ print out your boarding pass or download it on your mobile phone.
Please note that online check-in is not available for flights leaving Marsa Alam and Prishtina.
Self Bag Drop
Don't feel like waiting? No problem!
Right next to our counters in Check-In 2 in row 5‚ you can now check in your baggage yourself. Simply check in online and drop your luggage at the machine from 23 hours before departure. All you have to do is get your baggage label and off you go.
The counters are open daily from 4 am - 8 pm. If your departure is early in the morning‚ you can check in your luggage the day before and start your travel day deeply relaxed. In addition, you are also warmly invited to drop off your bags at our official Check-in counters which are generally open until 45 minutes before our departures.
Bulky baggage such as baby carriages‚ sports baggage or similar cannot be checked in at the Self Bag Drop.
Check-in at the Airport
At Zurich airport, the check-in can be found at check-in 2 row 5. For all other destinations, please check the airport information boards on the day of your departure.
We open our counters 2.5 to 2 hours before departure. Check-in closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure of your aircraft. Should the passenger fail to show up on time‚ the passenger is not entitled to travel.
To receive your boarding card‚ please present the following documents at the check-in counter:
Booking confirmation
Valid official photographic identification
Any documentation required for international flights
Any required documents‚ for example, medical certificates or documents for animals you are flying with
Late Night Check-in
Late Night Check-in for all flights departing from Zurich is open daily between 7 – 9 pm(from the last Sunday in October until the last Sunday in March only between 7 – 8 pm). For flights leaving from other destinations, Late Nicht Check-in is not available.
For passengers with a Comfort fare this service is free of charge; for all other passengers aged 2 and above‚ a fee of CHF 10 per person applies. For Basic and Flex fare tickets‚ you can either book the option «Late Night Check-in» during the booking process or pay the corresponding fee at the check-in counter.
The «Late Night Check-in» option can also be booked after the initial booking under «Manage Booking»using the booking reference and surname‚ or — if you have booked via a travel agency or a touroperator and no booking reference is available — via the corresponding button below:
