Aviation Safety & Compliance Systems Administrator (all gender)

Your main tasks:

Aviation Management Systems Administration (60%)

  • Manage user setup and removal in IQSMS and WebManuals.
  • Oversee and enhance the document and reporting process.
  • Support risk assessments and ensure standardization across departments.
  • Administer content in training systems (CBT) and coordinate internal trainings (SCMS, FRMS, AVSEC, auditor).
  • Maintain and update KPIs/SPIs and regulatory compliance checklists.

 

Safety, Compliance & Security Coordination (30%) 

  • Coordinate safety, compliance, and security inspections, audits, and follow-ups.
  • Standardize documentation and risk management processes across departments.
  • Assist with audit planning, scheduling, and closure of findings.
  • Provide project support and lead initiatives related to safety and compliance monitoring.

 

Emergency Response Planning Support (10%)

  • Maintain ERP-related documentation and system content in IQSMS and F24.
  • Organize internal ERP training and exercises.
  • Regularly check ERP setups and ensure they are up to date.

 

Your Requirements:

  • Basic education in aviation management or crew operations.
  • Bachelor’s or engineering degree.
  • Advantage: Experience in Quality and Safety Management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Structured, well-organized, and corporate thinking.
  • Fluent in English. German, Italian or French is an asset
  • High sense of responsibility and discretion.
  • Strong team orientation and constructive attitude
